Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London seeks a Full-stack Engineer to build the systems powering its German business. You’ll join the Operations Engineering team to own high-impact projects from ground up, delivering tools like CRM that support underwriting, notifications and account management across the German market.

Essential: strong backend in Python, frontend with React/TypeScript, working with PostgreSQL; daily use of AI tools; ability to ship end-to-end.

Qualifications

Proven track record building backend systems in Python and capable front-end work in React/TypeScript.
Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, with performance considerations.
Able to translate operational needs into reliable code and automate workflows.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics and influence decisions.
Track record delivering end-to-end projects from problem to production.

Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack services that support core operational workflows (customer communication, underwriting, collections).
Simplify workflows by automating processes and reducing manual steps.
Evolve architecture to modernize systems while preserving reliability at scale.
Lead projects end-to-end as the team grows and take ownership of delivering high-impact outcomes.
