Job summary

Intec Select Ltd. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their London-based technology team on a hybrid, contract basis.

The role focuses on building customer-facing and internal platforms with a Python backend and modern JavaScript frontend, working across the full stack. The ideal candidate will have strong Python (Django/Flask) and JavaScript/TypeScript experience, solid frontend skills (React or Vue), and familiarity with cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer with Python (Django or Flask).
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid frontend experience (React, Vue or similar JS framework).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or high-traffic consumer platforms is advantageous.
• Must be able to work on-site in London 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain full stack web applications with a Python backend.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Work across both backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA and other engineers.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code review.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack in a production environment.
