Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (French Speaker) in Brighton. You will liaise with customers by phone and email, coordinate medical assistance, and support travel-related cover and services. Training is provided for a 37.5 hour week on a shift pattern.

You will need strong empathy, the ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills to assist travellers with care and precision.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English required.
• Solid customer service background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and corporate clients by phone and email.
• Provide practical help and solutions to distressed or vulnerable customers.
• Coordinate medical assistance and travel services with in-house medical team.
• Document case handling accurately in the system.
• Work towards targets and KPIs to meet business objectives.
