Zurich Cover-More is seeking a French Medical Assistance Co-ordinator in Brighton. You will support global customers needing medical assistance while travelling, handling calls and emails with care and professionalism.

Join Travel Guard’s team within Zurich Cover-More, delivering high-quality service and coordinating medical travel arrangements. Training in Brighton office will be provided; hybrid work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Solid customer service background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and corporate clients by phone and email, including sensitive cases.
• Provide practical help and solutions to distressed customers.
• Coordinate medical assistance with the in-house medical team.
