Spring Supply Chain in Manchester is seeking an experienced Freight Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio across Air, Sea and Road freight. You will combine new business development with nurturing relationships from existing contacts.

This role offers hybrid working, autonomy to manage your territory, and a competitive commission structure designed to reward lifelong client value. You will work with supportive pricing and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and secure

Qualificações

• Freight forwarding experience in Air, Sea or Road.
• Sales, account management or customer-facing operations
• Existing client relationships or ability to develop them
• Commercially driven and customer-focused
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence

Responsabilidades

• Identify and win new freight forwarding clients proactively
• Develop and grow existing customer relationships and spend
• Quote and price shipments using carrier rate cards
• Manage shipments end-to-end across Air, Sea and Road
• Ensure accurate shipping and customs documentation
• Deliver excellent service to secure repeat business
• Cross-sell additional logistics modes and services
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams
