Job summary

Rec Financial is recruiting an FP&A Manager for a newly created role based in Leicester. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis while partnering with operational managers to drive profitability and commercial insight.

The role supports monthly reporting, board packs and financial process improvement with a flexible hybrid setup requiring two days per week in the Leicester office. A competitive salary and company bonus are on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA with FP&A/management accounting background.
• Strong Excel skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Commercially aware finance professional capable of influencing non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business.
• Forecast cash flow and prepare monthly management reports and board packs.
• Partner with operational managers to analyse staffing costs, margins and profitability.
• Improve financial reporting processes and provide commercial insight for decision-making.
