Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent FP&A experience.
• Experience partnering with operational/non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Advanced Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools and financial modelling is a plus.

• Produce monthly budget vs actual analysis across all business units.
• Collaborate with operational managers to understand financial performance and drive efficiency.
• Deliver ad hoc financial modelling to support decisions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and performance packs.
• Lead and develop the FP&A Analyst and improve reporting processes.
