Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Manager, FP&A for Creative Arts, who will partner with Sound and Music teams to own planning, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll support two analysts and drive financial insights to inform strategic decisions across global studios.

The role is hybrid or remote, ideally UK or Canada based, reporting to the Sr. Manager, FP&A - Tech, Creative, and Services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; MBA or advanced finance certs a plus.
7–10 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription/live services preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A for Sound and Music, and oversee finance support for broader Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co‑Development studio teams.
Partner with budget owners to identify risks, opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and influence outcomes.
Deliver executive-level reporting, variance analysis, and recommended actions.
Drive cost optimisation, planning discipline, and resource allocation improvements.
Own cost allocation methodology, rate-setting, and related processes for titles and initiatives.
Build ad hoc financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
Drive standardisation, automation, and process improvements across planning, reporting, and forecasting.
Coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
