Job summary

Immersive is seeking a motivated FP&A Analyst to join the UK Finance team on a hybrid basis with one day per week in Bristol HQ. You will own planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering with multiple teams to drive data-driven decisions and improve financial modelling.

Must be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of handling complex datasets. You will leverage Excel/Google Sheets, FP&A systems, and potentially SQL/AI use cases to automate analysis and generate insights for

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FP&A and financial planning
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Autonomous with proactive problem-solving
• Hands-on with finance processes and data modelling
• Attention to detail with robust variance analysis
• Expertise in Excel-based financial modelling

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance indicators and analyse variances
• Provide timely financial recommendations to management
• Produce ARR, cost and metric reports with actionable insights
• Own planning areas and stakeholder relationships
• Assist with annual budgeting and workforce cost analysis
• Document and improve FP&A processes
