Job summary
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Manager, FP&A for Creative and Services to partner with Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studios. You will own planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, leading a team of two analysts while enabling cost optimisation and informed decision-making across Sound and Music initiatives.
The role supports hybrid or remote work, ideally based in the UK or Canada, reporting to the Sr. Manager, FP&A - Tech, Creative, and Services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
- MBA or advanced finance certifications are a plus.
- 7–10 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts and related studio finance activities.
- Partner with budget owners to identify risks and opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and influence business outcomes.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and materials explaining performance and variance drivers.
