Marlborough Group is seeking a Group Finance Analyst to join the Finance team in Bolton on a hybrid basis. You will produce monthly and quarterly reporting, support budgeting and forecasting cycles, and help automate the reporting suite for timely board insights.

You'll partner with other functions, develop the reporting system, and act as a superuser across group systems such as Salesforce. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

• Review monthly accounts and prepare reporting packs.
• Analyse results and explain variances against budgets.

• Support integration with group systems such as Salesforce.
• Act as system superuser for reporting capabilities.
• Improve controls and processes within Group Finance.
• Assist with regulatory returns and ad hoc projects.
