Job summary

World Class Defence Organisation is seeking a FM Data Transformation Lead subcontractor for an initial 12-month contract. The role is hybrid with 1-2 days on site and remote work across Stevenage, Bolton or Bristol.

You will lead the FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme, building governance, KPI definitions, data models and dashboards, coordinating with information management and cyber security to deliver end-to-end transformation and a smooth handover.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data, BI or reporting transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation and handover.
• Strong data governance, data ownership, data quality and information standards experience.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks with consistent definitions and calculation methodologies.
• Strong data modelling, data integration and reporting architecture knowledge.
• Power BI and BI/reporting expertise with ability to guide solution design and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme with defined milestones.
• Maintain a clear programme plan with dependencies, risks and progress reporting.
• Coordinate activities across FM functions and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Governance for FM KPIs and reporting across the organisation.
• Oversee data sources mapping, central data model and integration efforts.
• Ensure documentation, handover and adoption into BAU.
