Polkadotfrog Limited is recruiting a Financial Services Administrator on the outskirts of Norwich. This hybrid role offers 2 days from home after initial training, with a salary of £25,000–£35,000 depending on experience plus bonus and benefits.

You will join a close-knit, client-focused team in a well-respected financial services business, supporting a busy client services function and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Financial Services Administration role, preferably in an IFA or Wealth Management environment.
• Familiarity with FS platforms such as Intelliflo and Xplan.
• Strong attention to detail and professional emails/letters.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day general office duties and admin tasks.
• Update the internal task management system.
• Manage appointments and greet visitors.
• Prepare client letters and illustrations.
• Request plan information and assist with client meeting prep.
• Produce portfolios for clients.
• Submit online pension and investment applications.
• Facilitate fund switch trading on investment platforms.
