Job summary

Fexco Property Services in Salisbury, operating as part of a larger group, is hiring a Client Financial Integration Accountant to join the Financial Integration team. The role focuses on onboarding new clients, integrating their financials into the Qube system, and ensuring accurate client accounting and handovers when services end or change hands.

The position requires strong Excel and Office 365 skills, excellent communication, and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with service charge accounting in an accounting environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Excel.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and financial integration for new clients.
• Liaise with clients and previous agents to gather financial data.
• Ensure client accounting aligns with FPS standards and ways of working.
• Assist year-end service charge and statutory accounts for first year in management.
• Support migration of client financial data during acquisitions.
• Respond to internal/external queries by email, video call, phone or in person.
