The Junior Financial Adviser role offers hybrid working and comprehensive training, mentoring and development to progress into a client-facing financial adviser career.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is required.
• Full, clean UK driving license is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of investments and pensions.
• Able to commute to the relevant office at least twice per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify clients' objectives, priorities and attitude to risk.
• Provide suitable holistic financial advice.
• Advise across investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.
• Work closely with the paraplanning, administration and compliance teams.
