Job summary

Investigo is recruiting a Financial Accountant for its Leicester finance team. The role focuses on financial reporting, statutory accounting, controls and supporting business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience in industry and financial reporting.
• Strong IFRS and statutory reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations and robust controls.
• Support month-end/year-end close and statutory accounts.
• Assist with external audit requirements and IFRS compliance.
• Review and enhance financial controls and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with commercial/operational teams for financial insight.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
