Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide analytical support across transactional finance, delivering insightful management information and KPI dashboards. The role requires 37.5 hours per week with a hybrid pattern: three days in the office and two days working from home.

You will work closely with the Transactional Finance Manager to identify process improvements, automation opportunities and data-led efficiencies across AR, AP and Billing.

Qualifications

• Produce and maintain accurate reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in finance transformation projects and automation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain accurate reporting and KPI dashboards across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Billing.
• Support the Transactional Finance Manager in monitoring departmental performance and risks.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Participate in finance transformation projects and automation initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of transactional finance data and reporting.
• Assist with testing, process documentation and new systems implementations.
