This pivotal role will modernise the finance function and extend influence beyond numbers, across strategy, systems and operations.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to drive change, and capable of challenging leadership to improve profitability and process efficiency.

Formación

• Proven experience at FD/Finance Director level or equivalent.
• Strong commercial finance capability.
• Experience in change management and systems transformation.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Modernise and strengthen the finance function across the business.
• Define finance strategy and support commercial decision-making.
• Lead digital transformation and implement improved systems.
• Improve finance processes, controls and reporting.
• Provide management information and drive profitability improvements.
