The cultural fit is just as important as the technical experience.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Someone who wants to understand the business rather than simply report on it.
Someone who will build relationships with Operations, get involved in commercial opportunities and bring Finance closer to the decisions that drive the business.
And someone who enjoys working in an environment where there is an opportunity to shape, improve and influence, rather than simply maintain the status quo.
This is a genuine opportunity to have impact at senior leadership level.
You will be joining a business going through an important period of change, with the opportunity to help shape the finance function, strengthen commercial decision-making and contribute directly to future growth.
