Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd near Oxford/Bicester is recruiting a Financial Controller for a growing engineering & manufacturing business. Reporting to the MD, you will be a senior leader driving finance strategy and commercial decisions. You will lead digital transformation, enhance systems, controls and reporting, and drive business-wide process improvement.

Focus on margin, performance visibility and future growth. Hybrid work is available; on-site presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial finance capability.
• Experience operating at FD / Finance Director level, or potentially a strong FC ready for the step up into a finance director careers role.
• Experience improving systems, processes and ways of working.
• An appetite for digital transformation.
• The confidence to challenge and influence the MD and wider leadership team.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• The ability to turn ideas into action.
• Strong communication and people skills.
