We are looking for someone with a positive, proactive approach who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient financial administration.
Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or similar customer-facing role.
A good standard of education, including GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
Experience using Microsoft 365 and financial or accounting systems.
Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal colleagues and external customers.
The ability to investigate queries, challenge discrepancies and find practical solutions.
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Candidates who are actively studying towards an accountancy qualification, part-qualified or qualified by experience are welcome to apply.
Working as part of the wider finance team, you will support a range of accounts receivable, credit control, sales invoicing and banking activities, helping to ensure the efficient running of day-to-day financial processes.
