The Finance Analyst in Tamworth will provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making within the organisation. This is a hybrid role in a growing business offering exposure to budgeting, forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or be Qualified by Experience, with proven financial analysis, strong Excel skills and experience with financial modelling.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or Qualified by Experience.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Able to commute to Tamworth.
