Job summary

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a Tamworth-based role in the property and construction sector. You will work with regional operations to provide financial analysis, challenge budgets, and influence performance at senior levels.

The role combines management reporting, forecasting, commercial analysis and stakeholder engagement with hybrid working. The successful candidate will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or finalist and have strong Excel skills and communication

Qualifications

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA finalist or qualified is required.
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in construction, property, housing, infrastructure or project environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership teams to provide financial support and challenge.
• Deliver monthly management reporting and performance analysis.
• Review results, identify trends and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
• Assist with board-level reporting and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
