Job summary

SF Partners in Tamworth is seeking a Finance Assistant to join a small, friendly team. You will manage day-to-day transactional finances, including purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, and month-end support, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, 20 days' annual leave, a pension, on-site parking and study support, plus a supportive culture to learn and develop in finance.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, bank reconciliations, petty cash and month-end processes.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with computerised accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day transactional finances including purchase/sales ledgers, reconciliations and month-end support.
• Assist with cash management, expenses and journals.
