Job summary

NFU Mutual's Pitsford Agency is seeking a Farming Sales & Account Executive to manage farming client relationships, grow the farming portfolio, and deliver excellent service. You will develop sales strategies to acquire and retain farming business and actively engage with the local farming community.

The role requires a proven consultative sales track record, strong relationship management, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong track record in consultative sales, new business development and relationship management.
• Experience in insurance, financial or agricultural sectors preferred.
• Organised, self-motivated and eager to succeed.
• Confident working with business owners and decision makers.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; good financial services knowledge.
• Farming experience not essential; interest in agriculture is important.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with farming clients and manage their accounts.
• Develop and deliver sales strategies to acquire and retain farming business.
• Engage with the local farming community and NFU members.
• Cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Support marketing campaigns and reflect NFU Mutual values.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation and build ongoing professional knowledge.
