Job summary

NFU Mutual in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Farming & NFU Manager to lead our farming GI accounts, grow memberships, and steer the NFU team across Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

The role is full-time (35 hours weekly) with some evenings and weekends and requires travel. Salary is circa £50,000+ depending on experience.

You will build strong client relationships, ensure compliant service, and contribute to branch activity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing and developing a team.
• Strong existing relationships with NFU stakeholders.
• CII Certificate in Insurance or commitment to achieve it quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key farming GI accounts and renewals.
• Lead and develop the NFU team with regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Coordinate activities across NFU branches, including evenings and weekends.
