Job summary

SYNLAB UK & Ireland is seeking a Procurement Category Manager for Facilities, Estates & Logistics in London. The role leads end-to-end procurement across hard and soft FM, property services, and logistics, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

You will analyse spend, run tender processes, negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance, while aligning category plans with organisational priorities. Hybrid role with presence at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in managing complex sourcing projects and strategic supplier relationships.
• Procurement Category Management experience in Facilities Management, Estates or Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain category strategies for Facilities, Estates and Logistics.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from strategy to contract award and supplier performance reviews.
• Drive savings, cost avoidance and value creation targets across the category portfolio.
• Manage contract renewals and re-procurement activities in line with category plans.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence to support strategic decision-making and governance.
