Job summary

Insights is seeking a highly organised Facilitator Coordinator to ensure workshops, programmes and learning experiences are delivered seamlessly by connecting the right facilitator to the right customer opportunity at the right time.

You will work in our Supply Chain Department, collaborating with Sales and Customer Experience teams, and with a global community of Associate Consultants and Faculty to enable outstanding delivery experiences that create meaningful impact for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules, resources, projects or events in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Experience working with business systems, databases or CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Facilitator Matching & Scheduling: Source and schedule Associate Consultants and Faculty for virtual and in-person learning experiences.
• Match facilitator expertise, availability, language capability and customer requirements.
• Balance customer needs, regional considerations and facilitator utilisation.
