Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking an Exchange Customer Engineer to lead enterprise-grade Exchange Hybrid implementations spanning Exchange Online and On-Premises. The role focuses on designing, deploying and supporting hybrid configurations, secure mail routing and migration projects in complex enterprise environments.

You will manage DAGs, mail flow, authentication, and policy enforcement while delivering expert guidance to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of IT experience.
• Solid Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises experience.
• Proven experience with Exchange Hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE and Exchange Online.
• Design, implement and maintain Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot HCW, hybrid mail flow and secure mail routing.
• Manage DAG, mailbox databases, transport services, connectors and certificates.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, Autodiscover, Outlook connectivity and authentication.
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared/resource mailboxes and groups.
• Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC; use PowerShell for automation.
