Job summary

City St George's, University of London seeks a Senior Exams Officer to lead the operational delivery of centrally administered examinations across campuses, ensuring secure, fair, efficient processes. You will act as a senior contact for academic and professional services colleagues on examination regulations.

Based at Clerkenwell, this hybrid role requires about 60% on-site time with peak periods in January, May and August.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering examination or similar operational services within higher education or a complex regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of examination processes, academic regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of centrally administered examinations across multiple campuses, ensuring secure, fair and efficient assessment processes.
• Act as a senior contact for academic and professional services colleagues on examination regulations and processes.
• Coordinate examination schedules, venues, reasonable adjustments and invigilator arrangements, and resolve complex issues while driving service improvements.
