Job summary

Stantec UK&I is seeking an experienced Events & Conferences Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of the UK&I events and conference programme. You will work with marketing, communications, PR, digital, business development and operations to shape a high-impact events calendar that supports growth.

You will manage delegate and speaker programmes, sponsorship opportunities, budgets, and supplier relationships, while championing best practice across the global business and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering large-scale conferences, exhibitions, sponsorship programmes and corporate events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, suppliers, budgets and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating delegates, speakers, sponsorship deliverables, event communications and post-event reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan the full lifecycle of event activity from opportunity assessment to delivery and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate delegate and speaker programmes, sponsorship opportunities and supplier relationships.
• Oversee budgets, expenditure and ensure brand assets are delivered to a high standard.
