Job summary

MAC Recruit Group Ltd. is seeking an organised Events Delivery Coordinator to join the Marketing team on a 6–7 month maternity cover contract, coordinating exhibitions, conferences and other external events.

The role requires hybrid working with weekly presence in the Fareham office. UK travel and occasional international travel may be available. Interview: one-hour informal first-stage conversation, virtual or onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in event, exhibition or conference planning is useful but not essential.
• Hybrid role with regular attendance at Fareham office.
• Travel in the UK and occasional international travel may be available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event planning and logistics to ensure requirements are in place.
• Manage multiple events, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Support post-event follow-up, lead handover and analysis.
• Identify what worked well and areas for improvement.
• Occasionally support internal business events.
