Job summary

Unifrog is seeking a Junior Events Assistant for a six-month paid internship, based in London with a hybrid work model. You will support a busy events programme, learning how to plan and deliver virtual and in-person events, and take on real responsibilities from day one with strong coaching from the Events Manager (Virtual events).

You'll collaborate with UK and International teams, host sessions, and help coordinate webinar hosting, with opportunities to grow skills across events and

Qualifications

• Experience in organising and delivering large-scale events is beneficial
• Willing to learn and take initiative to improve events
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support the Events Manager and the Marketing team to deliver high-quality events
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person events, including webinars and university fairs
• Host live sessions and manage audience Q&A during events
• Coordinate webinar hosting teams, trainings, and DBS checks
• Assist with event setup, registration, and on-site support for in-person events
• Provide timely responses to the events inbox and support the wider team
