Job summary

Critical Playground LLC is seeking a Design and Creative Intern in our central London HQ. This six-month internship offers real hands-on experience, working with a busy studio team on live campaigns for high-profile sports and entertainment clients.

The role is hybrid with at least two days in the London office and room to grow into video/editing tasks. You’ll support artworking, production, and collaboration with senior creatives across social and digital campaigns, building your portfolio and

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating design across social and digital formats.
• Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere Pro or After Effects desirable.
• Understanding of platform specs and current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Design static social assets for Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and more.
• Resize, localise assets for platform specs and campaign needs.
• Retouch and prepare imagery for digital channels.
• Maintain brand guidelines across outputs.
• Support senior creatives with production tasks and fast-paced work.
• Potential to expand into video editing and motion graphics with the team.
• Keep file structures organised and up to date.
