Job summary

Unifrog seeks an Events Assistant for a six-month paid internship to support the team in delivering engaging events for students, teachers and counselors. You will work with the Events Manager (Virtual events) as part of the Marketing team to ensure planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events.

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting a busy events programme, learning how to plan and deliver events, and taking on responsibility from the start.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and delivering large-scale events or university society activities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with Zoom and Google Workspace; willingness to learn SpotMe and Marcom.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of virtual and in-person events to high standards.
• Host some events and manage live sessions with participants and panelists.
• Coordinate webinar hosting, training and DBS checks, and technical issue troubleshooting.
• Assist with in-person event setup, registrations, and attendee welcome.
• Respond to events inbox within 24 hours and support audience engagement.
