Qualifikationen

• Extensive contract management experience, including managing high-value contracts and procurement activity.
• Strong knowledge of estate management, open spaces, service charge legislation and leasehold requirements.
• Proven ability to engage residents and co-create practical solutions to improve services.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills in a complex service environment.
• Strong commercial, communication and stakeholder management skills, with budget management experience.
• Ability to manage large data sets, finance information and provide accurate service charge information.
