Smart DCC's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office invites you to shape how resources are planned, managed and optimised across our enterprise change portfolio. You will influence strategic decision‑making, drive organisational maturity and support a national programme delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Resource Management and Capacity Planning in complex PMO/portfolio environments.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leaders.
• Experience with governance, forecasting and workforce planning.
• Background in project delivery, IT or contract management; professional qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve enterprise-wide resource and capacity planning.
• Provide reporting and insights for portfolio prioritisation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams and senior stakeholders to resolve capacity constraints.
• Drive governance, forecasting and workforce planning practices.
• Support new resource management tools and ways of working.
