Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an experienced Enterprise Portfolio Leader in Hatfield to steer a portfolio of 20–30 concurrent projects spanning applications, infrastructure, cloud and data. You will lead a team of about ten Project Managers, shaping priorities, governance and delivery to secure value and outcomes.

With £5-7 million annual expenditure, you will drive intake, prioritisation and forecasts, challenge plans and support recovery of underperforming initiatives.

Qualifications

• A sustained track record at enterprise Programme or Portfolio Manager level (5+ years in PM and 5+ years as Portfolio Lead).
• Direct accountability for a portfolio of 20+ concurrent projects and £5-7m annual spend.
• Experience leading multiple project managers, setting standards for planning, governance and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of a complex enterprise portfolio with an integrated roadmap.
• Lead and develop a team of ~10 Project Managers, driving planning, governance and delivery.
• Drive portfolio intake, prioritisation and reforecasting with evidence-based recommendations.
