Qualifications

• Over 5 years in technical SaaS roles with 3+ years in solutions architecture/technical consulting/technical account management.
• Fluent in Python and experienced with APIs for building AI-powered applications.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in fast-paced B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and own end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using WRITER's platform and APIs.
• Translate technical concepts into prescriptive recommendations and guide customers through the generative AI landscape.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap.
• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows for integrations.
• Drive adoption and expansion of WRITER's AI solutions within customer accounts.
