Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers, as a tech lead or line manager.
• Strong software engineering background in at least one modern language.
• Hands-on with a major cloud platform (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Delivered in agile teams and communicated with product and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of software engineers through regular 1:1s and career conversations.
• Own delivery end-to-end from planning to release.
• Set technical standards and guide architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business priorities into a technical roadmap.
• Run agile delivery with sprint planning, dependencies, and continuous improvement.
• Champion modern engineering practices including observability and security.
