Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is recruiting a Professional Development Lead for our Warrington site. The role focuses on developing and supporting early career engineers, graduates and apprentices, bridging education with professional accreditation and career progression.

You will partner with business leaders to create development plans, manage competency frameworks and deliver meaningful opportunities in a hybrid, 37-hour week role at Warrington.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, coaching, mentoring or managing talent within engineering, technical or project environments.
• Experience working with competency frameworks, career development pathways or professional accreditation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support emerging talent across engineering, project management and technical disciplines.
• Collaborate with placement managers and business leaders to secure development opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and guide individuals towards professional registration and career progression.
