Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Professional Development Lead at its Bristol site with hybrid working arrangements. This role focuses on developing emerging talent across engineering, project management and technical disciplines, coaching for professional registrations, and coordinating opportunities with placement managers and leaders.

You will drive competency-based development plans, monitor progress, and influence talent strategies to support national energy and infrastructure programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, coaching, mentoring or managing talent within engineering, technical or project environments.
• Experience with competency frameworks or professional accreditation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of workforce capability or early careers programmes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting emerging talent across engineering, project management and technical disciplines.
