Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Professional Development Lead at our Warrington site, with hybrid working. You will drive development for graduates, apprentices and early careers across engineering, project management and technical disciplines, shaping career pathways and accreditations within critical national programmes.

You’ll partner with leaders, placement managers and professional bodies to deliver robust development plans, manage competing priorities and monitor progress while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience developing, coaching, mentoring or managing talent within engineering, technical or project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, development activities and competing business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting emerging talent across engineering, project management and technical disciplines.
• Create and manage professional development plans aligned to competency frameworks and business requirements.
• Coach and mentor individuals towards professional registration and career progression goals.
• Collaborate with placement managers and leaders to secure meaningful development opportunities and assignments.
• Monitor development performance, identify risks and implement interventions to support outcomes.
