Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a skilled engineering team in delivering bespoke projects from concept to completion. The role combines technical engineering, project coordination and supervisory duties, with hybrid working options and significant travel to customer sites as the project develops.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Project Engineering experience required.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating project activities, suppliers or teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Analyse project specifications and customer needs.
• Coordinate project activities with suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Produce general arrangement and detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
• Monitor progress to meet milestones, quality and delivery deadlines.
• Lead technical review meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
