Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join our global team and drive the delivery of bespoke projects from concept to completion.

You will work with the General Manager and Project Manager, providing technical expertise while coordinating suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. Hybrid work is available with international travel as the role develops.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent engineering qualification preferred.
• Experience in mechanical project engineering and supervisory roles.
• Strong AutoCAD 2D experience; able to interpret drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating project activities with suppliers, contractors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse project specifications and customer needs.
• Develop engineering solutions and support design activities.
• Produce GA and detailed drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
• Coordinate project activities with suppliers and contractors.
• Provide day-to-day supervision to project staff and contractors.
• Monitor progress to meet milestones, quality and deadlines.
• Lead technical reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Assist in planning, resourcing and risk management.
