• Handle contentious and non-contentious employment work.
• Assist with restructures and TUPE.
• Address workplace disputes and executive exits.
• Provide strategic employment advice and direct client contact.
• Contribute to the team’s future strategic direction.
• Engage in marketing, BD and thought leadership activity.
