Job summary

Lewisham Council is offering an initial temporary 6-month contract for an Employment & Health Partnership Manager. The role is based at SE6 4RU, Will be Leemore Centre and community sites (e.g. GP practices) with hybrid working 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities include day-to-day line management of the Work & Health Coaches, coordinating with NHS partners and local authorities, and ensuring grant-funded programmes meet contractual requirements through evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coordinating multi-disciplinary partners.
• Experience with NHS organisations or public sector grant-funded services.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and contract monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily management of Work & Health Coaches and maintain referrals pathways.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting to funders, and ensure delivery within time and budget.
