Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are representing Lewisham Council in sourcing a Health & Work Coach for a 6-month temporary contract with potential extension or permanent position for the right candidate. The role is based at SE6 4RU, Will be Leemore Centre and community sites e.g. GP practices.

Hybrid working with 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will assess employability and wellbeing, create personalised action plans and provide referrals, career guidance and health advice to support

Qualifications

• Significant experience of effective partnership working with individuals and organizations to deliver relevant high quality local provision.
• Experience of using IT systems e.g. CRM, Teams, Sharepoint, and Oracle to support delivery of projects and programmes.
• Knowledge of key stakeholders in health, wellbeing, employment and training in Lewisham, including internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Lewisham Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a Health & Work Coach. This role will be based at: SE6 4RU, Will be Leemore Centre and community sites eg GP practices Hybrid 3 days in office.
