Job summary

Convera is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our Education team. You will provide high-quality support to education clients, handling student payments queries and related services, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Payments and Compliance.

This hybrid role requires working on-site 2-3 days per week with hours 9 am–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role with professional telephone manner and strong written/verbal communication.
• Experience in a high-volume service delivery environment (desirable).
• Experience in Financial Services (desirable).
• Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system and MS Office tools.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails relating to pre- and post-payment queries per SLAs.
• Input information into ECM accurately and update records with actions.
• Provide transaction monitoring and regular reporting to clients as directed.
• Update cases and clients within SLAs and agreed callback times.
• Act as bridge between Sales, Client and Operations.
• Maintain focus on personal/team goals and adhere to call-back SLAs.
• Offer support and advice to clients and internal stakeholders within SLA.
• Deliver clear, professional email communications within SLAs.
