Job summary

The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow is seeking an Educational Events Coordinator to manage the planning, administration and delivery of postgraduate medical education events, coordinating conferences and courses while supporting marketing efforts and stakeholder communications.

You will liaise with teaching faculty, delegates and sponsors, provide admin support for clinical skills courses at Glasgow venues, and be flexible for extended hours to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, administration and delivery of educational events.
• Assist with development and implementation of marketing for education programmes.
• Maintain strong communications with faculty, speakers and delegates; engage sponsors.
• Provide admin support for clinical skills courses at Glasgow venues; manage cadaveric material where required.
